General

By accessing and placing an order with Ms Mussy Jewels, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and Ms Mussy Jewels.

Handmade Products

All jewelry and beads are handcrafted using traditional lampwork techniques. Due to the nature of handmade items:

  • Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from photos
  • Minor variations in color, size, and pattern are normal and expected
  • These variations are part of what makes each piece special

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit/debit card (through Stripe) and Interac e-Transfer.

For e-Transfer payments, orders are confirmed once payment is received. Please include your order reference number in the e-Transfer message.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada
  • Shipping times vary based on destination (typically 5-10 business days)
  • We ship to Canada and the United States
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Contact us at hello@msmussyjewels.com to initiate a return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, sale items, and workshop registrations are final sale and cannot be returned.

Workshop Classes

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the class receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable
  • You may transfer your spot to another person with advance notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment (full refund provided)

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is available for qualified retailers and jewelry designers. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact wholesale@msmussyjewels.com for wholesale inquiries.

Care Instructions

To keep your lampwork jewelry beautiful:

  • Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not wearing
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • Handle glass beads with care to avoid chipping
