We ship from Toronto, Canada. Canadian orders enjoy free shipping over $150 CAD, with standard shipping (5-7 business days) at $10-15 CAD and express (2-3 business days) at $20-25 CAD. US orders get free shipping over $200 CAD, with standard (7-14 business days) at $15-20 CAD and express (3-5 business days) at $30-40 CAD. For international orders, please contact us for a quote.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Not at all! Our beginner classes are designed for people with zero experience. We provide all materials and equipment, and you will receive hands-on guidance throughout the session. By the end of the class, you will have created your own lampwork beads to take home.
