All orders are lovingly packaged and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We take great care to ensure your handcrafted jewelry arrives safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your order ships

Shipping Rates - Canada

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • Standard shipping: $10-15 CAD (5-7 business days)
  • Express shipping: $20-25 CAD (2-3 business days)

Shipping Rates - United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD
  • Standard shipping: $15-20 CAD (7-14 business days)
  • Express shipping: $30-40 CAD (3-5 business days)
  • Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply at the destination

International Shipping

For international orders outside Canada and the USA, please contact us at hello@msmussyjewels.com for a shipping quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Ms Mussy Jewels purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@msmussyjewels.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back securely (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different piece, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as sale or clearance
  • Workshop and class registrations
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

While we package everything with care, accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
